Through your Topline Pro dashboard, you can change quotes you previously sent to clients into payment requests. First, you will approve the quote and then send the request to the client via email or text!
1. From your Topline Pro dashboard, click "Payments" on the bottom menu
2. Click on "Quotes" on the menu on the Payments page
3. To approve a quote, click "Accept Quote" on it
4. Now, your dashboard will indicate the quote was accepted. To convert the quote to a payment request, click "Request Payment."
5. The payment page will now appear. You can make any edits you want to, and the send it out by clicking "Email" or "Text" on the bottom bar.
6. Click the green button to confirm
7. Now, the quote you converted should disappear from the quote page. Click back to the payment page to see the new requested payment.
8. Now, the new payment request should appear!
