How to Send a Payment Request Reminder

Remind clients to approve quotes or make a payment easily through the Topline Pro app.

πŸ‘‰ We all need reminders sometimes! If you have not received a payment and would like to send your client a reminder, just follow the steps below.

1. From the Topline Pro home page, select the payments icon in the upper right corner of the screen. (it looks like a credit card)

2. Select the pending payment that you would like send a reminder for.

3. Select Follow up in the upper right corner. Note: The follow up email will be sent immediately in this step.

You can view the date the follow up was sent on each request for payment within your payments page of Topline Pro.
