👉 Social media can be helpful in making your business known and Instagram is a great way to do that. There are two ways of posting on Instagram: Instagram posts and Instagram stories.
Instagram posts = forever
Instagram stories = 24 hours
Wondering how to decide which is best? Here are two examples.
1. You have a project that you are proud of and you want people to see it. That's the kind of content you want to put in a post so that it remains on your Instagram account for all to see! You can do this from the Topline Pro app.
2. You are on-site at a job and want to send out a casual "hello" during lunch to your followers. Posting a snapshot as a story is perfect because it will be available to your followers for 24 hours then disappear automatically. Instagram stories need to be created from within the Instagram app. See the instructions below for posting an Instagram story.
To get started, open your Instagram App and log in.

4. Toggle your device microphone and camera to allow Instagram to access. They will turn green when they are on.

5. Return to Instagram. Select Story and get creative with the tools on the side and the bottom! Stories can be photos or videos. To take a photo or short video, tap and hold the white circle at the bottom. A quick tap produces a photo, tap and hold produces a video.
