How to Change the Status of your Booking

Set status of booking requests within the Topline Pro app so you can manage and track your pipeline of leads!

πŸ‘‰ Topline Pro enables you to track the status of your booking requests in seconds. Choose from one of our preset statuses like request, quote, job, invoice, or create a custom status to customize your Bookings page.

1. From your Topline Pro home page, select the calendar icon in the top right of the screen.

2. Select the booking for which you would like to change the status.

3. The current status appears near the center of the screen. Tap the current status.

4. A menu of options appears. Scroll down to access more options if needed.

5. Select a new status from the options by tapping it.

The status will automatically update and the updated status will now appear near the center of the page.
