How to Respond to Google Reviews on the Topline Pro App

πŸ‘‰ Responding to reviews is a great way to engage with your clients. If the reviews are positive, make sure to express your appreciation and interest in working with them again. If you have a less than stellar review, it's an opportunity to respond and offer a resolution to the problem. With Topline Pro, you can respond to reviews from both within the app.

1. From the Topline Pro home page, select Reviews at the bottom.

2. Scroll down to view reviews. Filter reviews by selecting Needs Reply.

3. Select Write a reply.

4. Type your response and select Reply.

5. You will see a notification that your reply has been added.
